The product is fed by Gravity from the main storage hopper. The operator clamps the bag with the help of a foot switch or handbag clamp. 95 % of the material is fed by fast feed and the balance is automatically by dribble feed for accuracy.

Once the weight is achieved the pneumatic gates close and with a slight delay the filled bag automatically decamps and falls onto the floor or running conveyor for stitching or bag sealing.
